We understand that you love the Thermophore® Moist Heat Pad you got way back when, and we have made arrangements to have them repaired and reconditioned by the technicians who actually build new Thermophore® units at our factory in Fremont, Indiana. Even after purchasing a new Thermophore® customers often send their older unit in for reconditioning, so they will have an extra to loan out or take with them when they travel.

	Download the Thermophore® Service Request Form
	Simply complete the form and return it with your Thermophore® unit. If you have owned your unit less than one year, please include a copy of your purchase receipt. Otherwise, please include your check or credit card information as indicated on the form.
	We typically repair or recondition units in 1-2 days once we have all the required information from the consumer.
