• Eligibility: Products can be returned for a refund and replaced with a new order, as long as they are in brand-new condition and returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Most importantly, Read and Follow all Instructions! Use your Thermophore® Heating Pad as described in our instructions for use booklet. It works by pushing moist heat into the body to activate your body’s own pain relieving mechanism.

Please stay alert and check under the pad frequently. Do not use it on insensitive skin or if you have poor circulation. Persons with diabetes should be especially careful when applying therapeutic heat. Those who are incapacitated should be closely supervised and should not be left unattended. Do not use a Thermophore® heating pad as a bedwarmer or footwarmer. It gets too hot to be used for this purpose. Never use it on animals or small children.

Most Thermophore® MaxHEAT and all Thermophore® Classic heating pads are weighted with lead inside. If torn open you should stop using them as they can expose you to lead, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
