1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Battle Creek Equipment, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by Battle Creek Equipment (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on October 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM ET and ends on November 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM ET. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

• Like the giveaway post
• Optional: Tag friends and/or share the post to your story (not required for entry, but may increase visibility).
• No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve chances of winning.

5. Prize
Up to ten (10) winners will receive a Battle Creek Equipment product bundle valued at up to $200. Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within [3] business days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within [5] business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Instagram, Battle Creek Equipment, and their affiliates from any liability related to participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
