Ice It!® Cold Packs are fully flexible and mold around painful areas when frozen. They stay cold and provide cooling therapy for up to the recommended maximum 20 minutes. Our cold packs are made with quality materials and filled with non-toxic gel with a latex-free vinyl cover. The outside white lining allows for extra skin protection and comfort while using them again and again. 

This product is versatile because it can be used as heat therapy if microwaved.

Safety & Warning Information

Cold therapy should only be used for 20 minutes at a time, followed by at least a 20 minute “resting period” where the body can recover. Longer use can lead to frostbite and tissue damage.

Do not apply gel pack directly to skin as this may cause injury. Always use an Ice It!® holster. Product should not be used by people who are insensitive to temperature, such as those with circulatory problems, diabetes, nerve damage or paralysis. Close adult supervision is recommended if used by children. Do not use on infants. If gel contacts eye, wash out thoroughly with water. Consult your doctor if you have concerns for your health. Check pack for leakage before use. Clean pack before use. Pack contents are non-toxic.
Thermophore® heating pads are weighted with lead inside. If torn open you should stop using them as they can expose you to lead, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
