Measure the widest part of the area you plan to wear the sleeve on with a soft measuring tape. Alternatively, wrap string around the area and measure the length of the string.

Safety & Warning Information

Cold therapy should only be used for 20 minutes at a time, followed by at least a 20 minute “resting period” where the body can recover. Longer use can lead to frostbite and tissue damage.

Do not apply gel pack directly to skin as this may cause injury. Product should not be used by people who are insensitive to temperature, such as those with circulatory problems, diabetes, nerve damage or paralysis. Close adult supervision is recommended if used by children. Do not use on infants. If gel contacts eye, wash out thoroughly with water. Consult your doctor if you have concerns for your health. Check pack for leakage before use. Clean sleeve with damp cloth. Pack contents are non-toxic.
